These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the DemidCars website. By using the website you accept the terms described below.

1. General provisions (Postanowienia ogólne)
The website is operated by DemidCars, a used-car dealership based in Kraków, Poland. These Terms of Use (the "Regulamin") define the rules and conditions for using the website, including the presentation of vehicles and the submission of inquiries through the contact form. The contact details of DemidCars — business address, e-mail address and telephone number — are shown on this page and in the Contact section. Every User is required to read these Terms before using the website.
2. Definitions (Definicje)
For the purposes of these Terms: — Service (Serwis) — the DemidCars website together with all its functions and content; — Service Provider / DemidCars (Usługodawca) — DemidCars, the used-car dealer in Kraków who operates the Service; — User (Użytkownik) — any natural person who uses the Service; — Inquiry (Zapytanie) — a message sent by the User to DemidCars through the contact / inquiry form.
3. Type and scope of services (Rodzaj i zakres usług)
Through the Service, DemidCars provides the following: — presentation of vehicles available on-site and vehicles that can be sourced to order; — a contact / inquiry form allowing Users to ask questions and request information; — information about importing cars to order from Europe. The Service is an informational website. It is NOT an online shop — it has no checkout, no online payments and no possibility of concluding a sale of a vehicle electronically. Any transaction is arranged and concluded individually, outside the Service.
4. Nature of the offers presented (Charakter prezentowanych ofert)
Information about vehicles, their equipment and prices presented in the Service is for information purposes only and does NOT constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Such information should be treated as an invitation to conclude a contract (art. 71 of the Civil Code / art. 71 k.c.). The availability, specification and prices of vehicles may change and may contain errors or omissions. The final details of any vehicle and the conditions of a transaction are always confirmed individually with the User before any purchase.
5. Submitting inquiries (Składanie zapytań)
A User may contact DemidCars by completing and sending the inquiry form available in the Service. No account or registration is required to use the website or to send an Inquiry. To send an Inquiry, the User provides the data marked as required in the form, in particular name, telephone number, e-mail address and the content of the message. By sending an Inquiry, the User declares that the data provided is true and that they are entitled to use the contact details given. Personal data submitted through the form is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability (Odpowiedzialność)
DemidCars makes every effort and acts with due care to ensure that the information published in the Service is accurate and up to date. However, DemidCars does not guarantee that all information is complete or free of errors, and the content of the Service may be subject to change. The actual condition, equipment, history and price of a vehicle are confirmed individually before any transaction. To the extent permitted by law, DemidCars is not liable for decisions taken by the User solely on the basis of information published in the Service without prior individual confirmation, or for disruptions in the availability of the Service resulting from causes beyond its control.
7. Intellectual property (Własność intelektualna)
All content of the Service — including text, layout, graphics, the logo and photographs of vehicles — belongs to DemidCars or is used by DemidCars with the appropriate permission, and is protected by law. The User may use the Service for their own personal, informational purposes only. Copying, reproducing, distributing or otherwise using the content of the Service, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of DemidCars is prohibited, except for uses expressly permitted by law.
8. Complaints and contact (Reklamacje i kontakt)
Any questions, comments or complaints concerning the operation of the Service may be submitted to DemidCars using the contact details shown on this page and in the Contact section — in particular by e-mail at the address shown there. A complaint should describe the issue and include contact details that allow us to reply. DemidCars will consider complaints without undue delay and will inform the User of the outcome using the contact details provided.
9. Final provisions (Postanowienia końcowe)
These Terms of Use are governed by Polish law, and any matters not regulated here are subject to the relevant provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code. DemidCars may amend these Terms, for example for legal, technical or organisational reasons. The current version of the Terms is always published in the Service and applies from the date of its publication. By continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect, the User accepts the updated Terms.
